America

I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the Republic, which it stands, One nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.
This is the mantra we all recited every day in elementary school, but do we really know what it means? What does the flag stand for? Why are we one nation under God?

America is an incredibly blessed nation, filled with many people from all areas of the globe. We enjoy freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness because of the blood of our forefathers. The flag is our symbol of the battles, the victories and defeats, and where we stand today. This post is an attempt to display the multiculturalism of our land. We are different, from different backgrounds and places of the world, but in America we are one. More than that, in Christ we are one body. As we look around this place we call (temporary) home, I hope we appreciate how beautiful this nation is, how much we have been blessed with, and not forget where we came from.
